All in stock consumable orders over £75 are delivered free to Zone A.

For deliveries to other zones, please contact us for any additional charges that may apply.

Our designated couriers may deliver at any time between 8am and 6pm and a signature will be required on receipt

On receipt of your delivery, you must ensure all items are checked for damage or loss. Please notify us immediately of any damage or shortages and we will arange to collect damaged goods and send out replacements to you. Our only stipulation is that you report this to us within 3 working days upon receipt of delivery. Failure to follow any of the above guidelines may invalidate a claim. Thank you for your cooperation. If incorrect items are delivered to you, please don't open them. Items that have been opened cannot be returned due to food hygiene reasons. If you have made a mistake in ordering, leave the box intact and contact us within 24 hours to discuss your options.
